The Holy Spirit's presence is upon every page of the Bible, from cover to cover, starting at creation. As the Holy Spirit hovered over the earth at creation, He brought order out of chaos, and light out of darkness, so that life could be brought forth on the earth. He is the Spirit of Life and is present not only during creation, but also during re-creation within the heart and life of the soon-to-be-believer.
