Healing and Restoration is God's will for his people. Our healing is not a reward, its a sign, its a reflection of Gods affection. We see healing manifest it self in the life of prodigal son as there was an emotional and mental healing from being in a place of brokenness to being in a place of wholeness produced by the fathers embrace. The fathers perspective of the Son brought him into a place of healing. If we are to be receivers or administrators of healing and restoration then we need to also be carriers of God's perspective.
